Refund policy

01Cancelling

• Cancel at any time. Your Pro access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charge is taken.
• The simplest route is the management link on the receipt our payment provider emails you when you subscribe.
• If you cannot find it, send a contact form message with the topic Billing, or email collinghamcoltd@gmail.com, and we will cancel it for you and confirm by email.

02Refunds we give

• A duplicate or accidental charge: refunded in full.
• A charge taken after you cancelled: refunded in full.
• A charge you did not authorise: refunded once we have checked it with the payment provider.
• First-time subscribers in the UK or EU who cancel within 14 days of their first payment and have not downloaded any image on the Pro plan: refunded in full. If you download images during those 14 days, you are asking us to start the service straight away, which ends that cancellation right for that period.

03Refunds we do not usually give

• Unused time in a month you have already started, once any image has been downloaded on the Pro plan.
• A period where you did not use the account.

04How to ask

Send a contact form message with the topic Billing, or email collinghamcoltd@gmail.com, including the email address on the account and the date of the charge. We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by our payment provider, which usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear.

05Disputes

If a charge looks wrong, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank, because we can usually fix it faster. Raising a dispute does not affect your statutory rights.

06Free plan

The free plan costs nothing and takes no payment details, so there is nothing to cancel. It resets each calendar month.
